Since 2012 we have been providing complex services within the scope of the University of Pardubice (UPCE). Services regarding industrial-legal protection, including communication with patent representatives and provision of legal consultation for UPCE employees and students (inventions’ originator or co-originator). The development of a new information system for the administration of subject matter regarding UPCE's industrial property is currently under way (including the payment monitoring for administrative fines).
Centre for Technology and Knowledge Transfer (CTKT) ensures complete service regarding the record keeping management of subject matter relating to industrial property:
- the acceptance of the Invention Disclosure,
- design preparation or revision of the contracts for treating co-ownership relationships regarding the invention
- preparation of the groundwork for the decision of the Rector of the University of Pardubice on the claiming of rights regarding the invention (Rector's decision regarding claiming rights to invention),
- communication with the patent representatives,
- lengthening the validity date of a patent or utility model,
- conclusion of industrial-legal protection.
