The project aims to further improve staffing research (R & D) teams of the University of Pardubice, professional development, R & D staff and improve training of students for active participation of doctoral graduates (postdoc) who bring new knowledge and experience from international excellence. The objectives will be achieved through strengthening the existing R & D teams of young people, the mobility between research institutions - long-term placements postdoc, strengthen international cooperation, participation in conferences, education. The outputs of the project - strengthening and further development of selected R & D teams, the expansion of international cooperation, increase competitiveness, new knowledge, skilled R & D personnel, organized seminars and workshops undertaken internships, lectures implemented, trained personnel, publication outputs. The planned activities are implemented mainly postdocs, mentors, R & D teams.
