The University of Pardubice has been building the viable technology transfer system since 2012 when the Centre for Knowledge and Technology Transfer was established. The proposed project is based on the identified development needs and is focused on: 1) tailor-made and specialized employee educational programme in technology transfer, 2) development of technology transfer processes and activities aimed at researchers and 3) development of relationships with the business sector. The project fulfils the RIS3 strategy and its implementation will form preconditions for an increased number of successful technology transfers.
