As a result of the adoption of Act No. 261/2021 Coll. (Act amending certain acts in connection with further computerisation of procedures of public authorities), 169 regulations are being amended in connection with further computerisation of procedures of public authorities. The package of amendments deepens the electronification of public administration in the Czech Republic with a direct impact on HEIs. The aim of this project is to carry out an analysis of these steps on the operation of HEIs.
