The project focuses on the analysis of services, resources and processes in public university libraries in the context of the increasing spread of blended learning methods. By sharing experiences, carrying out analyses and preparing a set of recommendations, libraries aim to improve the quality of teaching. All this in the context of the changes that are taking place (also in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic) in teaching in universities.
