Dear students, dear colleagues,
This week we are starting the new academic year 2022/2023 at most faculties. I would like to welcome you all to the University.
I am pleased to acknowledge the commitment of all the university staff, which leads to students being interested in one of the study programmes we offer in the strong competition from other universities. I would like to wish all students another interesting and inspiring year at the University. I believe that the time spent in lecture halls, classrooms, or in the university library will be well spent and that the newly acquired knowledge and skills will contribute to the future employment of our graduates in the labour market.
I would like to welcome among us new students, new colleagues, academic staff, and other employees. I am convinced that all of them will contribute to the development of the University. Life in a university environment brings a whole range of options in terms of education, but also other aspects of the academic community life. You can get to know the campus environment, the opportunities the university offers, your colleagues, and other members of the community. All of this is offered by the traditional student event “Příliv”.
I wish all students, colleagues, and staff of the University of Pardubice a successful academic year.
