ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025
Dear exchange partners,
we would like to provide you with the nomination and application deadlines for your students coming to study at the University of Pardubice within Erasmus+ program or MoU for the academic year 2024/2025. The deadlines here below are valid only for study mobility; the internship applications could be submitted continuously during the whole academic year or based on the previous agreement with the faculty coordinator.
Nomination deadlines:
Winter semester:
30. 4. 2024 (visa students and students of Health Studies)
15. 6. 2024 (EU students)
Summer semester:
30. 9. 2024 (visa students and students of Health Studies)
15. 11. 2024 (EU students)
We apologize but nominations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
After submitting the nomination all information concerning our application procedure will be sent directly to the student´s email address. The application process is online only. The requested documents must be uploaded into the online application form directly by the student. Please remind your students about the 3 important documents listed here below to be uploaded in the online application form in our Portal system:
- Mobility agreement (signed by the sending institution)
- Photo
- English Proficiency Certificate (minimum level B2 is required)
